• Cleaning Bee Services provides professional cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties in Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater.
• Services will be performed as per the agreed schedule and scope outlined during booking.
• Any changes to the scheduled services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment details are received.
• Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion, as agreed.
• Cleaning Bee Services reserves the right to withhold services for non-payment or delayed payments.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.

• Customers must ensure safe access to the property and disclose any special requirements or hazards in advance.
• Cleaning Bee Services is not responsible for items left unsecured or improperly stored.

• While we take the utmost care during cleaning, Cleaning Bee Services is not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
• Any claims of damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Upon request, we use eco-friendly cleaning products. Please inform us of any specific product preferences or sensitivities before the service.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.

• Cleaning Bee Services reserves the right to refuse service if the property is deemed hazardous or unsanitary beyond the scope of regular cleaning.

• The scope of services will be agreed upon during booking. Any additional tasks requested during cleaning may incur extra charges.
• Cleaning Bee Services does not handle hazardous materials, heavy lifting, or tasks outside of standard cleaning.

Cleaning Bee Services reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, harassment of staff, or failure to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Cleaning Bee Services is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
